Concept Mortgages is based in Heswall, Wirral, Merseyside and has been established since 2006. Concept Mortgages is owned and run by Christian Coventry and provides Independent Mortgage Advice to clients throughout the United Kingdom.

Christian has worked within the property and finance sector since 1996 and has a wealth of experience to call on when assisting clients with their mortgage and associated insurance requirements.

Concept Mortgages expanded in 2012 when Christian was joined by Mark Williamson. Mark had previously spent 6 years working for the Sequence group, as an Independent Mortgage Adviser based on the Wirral. He also worked for four years as a personal banking and Mortgage Adviser for Santander.

Mark was shortly followed by Nicola Coventry who was bought in to assist with the administration of the of the business. It soon became apparent that Nicola had a talent for the role and after much hard work and study qualified as a Mortgage Adviser 2015.

Michelle Hawthorne is our Practice Manager. Michelle has had many years working within the Finance sector as both a Mortgage Underwriter and Mortgage Administration Manager

Michelle’s natural organisation skills and her eye for detail ensures the smooth running of our considerable administration burden and she is an integral part of what makes Concept Mortgages tick.

Helen Sullivan our Mortgage Process Manager has been an invaluable addition to the team. Having worked within the Financial Services sector for over a decade, her people skills and tenacity shine through on a daily basis. Helen is always willing to go the extra mile and has received great deal of praise for her hard work on the many reviews that have been posted by appreciative clients.
