We only deal with homes in York and its surrounding villages – our local knowledge is second to none.

Peter Moody is a chartered surveyor and a past president of the York & District Association of Estate Agents and Valuers. At the forefront of estate agency in York since 1991, Peter founded Hudson Moody in 1996 and subsequently sold his interest in the company in 2010.

Peter Moody & Co was founded with the aim of returning to traditional values of professionalism providing a bespoke and above all personal service to clients looking to buy, sell or let a home within the area.
