An RIBA Chartered Practice, Samuel Kendall Associates is now well into their third decade providing Architectural Service to a range of sectors including the residential, commercial, leisure and retail sectors bringing a fresh approach to architectural design. Building upon an extensive body of work, Samuel Kendall Associates aims to deliver exemplary design combined with a personal touch and incorporating an Environmental Low Carbon approach through the use of recognised principles of passive solar design, suitable for the European Temperate Climate found in the British Isles. Each unique project assesses the constraints and opportunities present with the site and positively explores the brief provided in delivering cost effective, contemporary architectural solutions where appropriate, that provides exciting places to live work and use, all factored into an ethos that reduces running costs whilst positively exploring and minimising the buildings carbon footprint at the same time.
