We are currently engaged on a range of projects within the Cites of Southampton, Bilbao, London, Glasgow and the New Forest.

Our expertise is in unlocking the potential of existing buildings, in both urban and countryside locations for both community, residential, arts, education and commercial requirements.

We have recently been assisting local clients October books and The Society of St James in central Southampton, in converting a disused bank into a new book shop on the ground floor and 6 residential units on the first floor.

We have extensive experience in dealing with challenging sites and achieving successful outcomes for our clients in varying local planning authorities.
