George Bower Butchers are experienced Scottish butchers based in Edinburgh. We are game and venison specialists, and have been butchering the best cuts of meat for both private and commercial customers for over 50 years. We use fine, local produce to make sure our meat is fresh. From a roasting joint to chorizo sausage, we can provide any cut of meat imaginable.
At George Bower Butchers we create our own succulent Bacon from rare breed scottish pigs which is naturally dry cured and oak smoked in store. We also are equipped with state of art Dry Aged Machines which are stored in a specially constructed room. This techniques allows us to make the meat more tender and flavorsome for that perfect meal without our customers incurring large costs.
