A message to everyone reading. This year will be our 11th year as an established business. We would like to thank each and everyone who have sought our advice/products and services over the years. Without you this would not have been possible to achieve.

Established in 2009 from a small place out of Mantra House, South Street Keighley. Computer Gentle expanded very quickly due to the high demand of the services which were provided.

Computer Gentle provides PC, Laptop, Apple sales and repair for home and businesses throughout West Yorkshire and parts of Lancashire.

Although based in Keighley, we have customers dotted around various towns and cities in the UK (our products and excellent services has enabled us to become a business with nationwide clients)

Computer Gentle focuses on quality products and high quality customer service. We explain things to you in plain simple English, not `techno babble`.

Here at Computer Gentle, our focus is on you, the customer.

Although we are open Monday to Friday, Computer Gentle does open on Saturdays but only via customer appointments.

NB: Due to the nature of our work we may often have to go offsite to our customers homes or businesses. For that same reason please call us before making a trip to our office.

If you wish to drop an item off to us when we are not in. Please feel free to leave it with our neighbours Robert A Binns Chartered surveyors at 8 Henry Street. They are open from 9am- 5pm Mon-Fri and your item will be in safe hands we assure you.
