The practice has two surgeries East Park Medical Centre & Halton Medical Practice.
The practice currently registers approximately 8400 patients. Once registered patients can attend at either site.
The practice offers a full range of General Medical Services. A practice leaflet is available upon request.
The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.
