Welcome to Little Learners Day Care established since 2004
Little Learners Day Care is located in the grounds of St Mary’s Park, Clarkes Road, Fratton, Portsmouth, PO1 5PR. The FABULOUS Park Lodge.
Our ethos at Little Learners Day Care is every child matters.
We offer a range of childcare from full day care to sessional care, we also have a breakfast and after school club exclusively to Penhale Infant School, Fratton.
During the school holidays we have a fun club (funclub@littlelearners) this is for school aged children up to the age of nine.
Little Learners Day Care follows the HighScope and Early Years Foundation Skills (EYFS) curriculum our learning approach gives our children the ability to make choices and learn through their own key experiences. This is combined with a blend of adult-led and child-led activities throughout the session.
Our building is all on one level to enable us to give your child the best possible learning and fun environment.
Our setting is split into four age groups:
Bunnies (Under 2’s): 3mths to 2yrs
Hedgehogs: 2yrs to 3yrs
Squirrels (preschool): 3yrs to 4/5yrs
Breakfast and After-school club: 4yrs to 9yrs.
Our team at Little Learners Day Care are fully qualified from a level 2 to a level 6 in childcare and education, all our team are first aided and have an enhanced DBS (police checked), our team go on regular training to enhance there knowledge within the early years sector.
