Ian and Stan have almost 50 years of Employment Tribunal experience between them, representing both employers and employees. The practice has a commitment to promoting and encouraging ethical standards in workplaces. In particular, employers are encouraged to view employment legislation not as a burden or obstacle or cost to the organisation but rather as an opportunity to create a culture which values their employees and recognises the contribution which they can make.
The practice is based in Edinburgh but the partners have experience of representing clients all over the UK.
