Free Range, Traditional & Local, Premium Beef from Chichester, Pagham & Langstone Coastal Grazing Marshes. Free range happy cows raised on Salt-tinted grazing marsh, eating flower & herbal rich coastal grasses. Suckled as calves for 6 months. Maturing slowly & naturally at their pace for 2-2.5 years. Journeys to the closest abattoir & in pairs to minimise any stress. The meat is hung traditionally for at least 3 weeks. The Three Harbours Scheme also helps support important habitats & endangered species, reliant on the grazing of the cattle.
