Derby Pyclet Parlour

The #TasteofDerby has moved to the Eagle Market where we’ve grown and developed our menu’s, with a wonderful homely seating area & bar seating on the edge of our open kitchen.

The #TasteofDerby moved from Derby’s Victorian Market Hall to the Eagle Market in October 2018 where we have been able to grow and develop our menu’s, offer a better service with a wonderful homely seating area complete with bar seating on the edge of our open kitchen.

You can still have a chat while you dine and we cook 🙂

For those new to our page / pyclets, we make our own fresh pyclets and oatcakes everyday in our Unit then add freshly sourced local ingredients to serve tasty and exciting dishes from old classics to quickly developing new favourites with a nostalgic Derby taste.

Including tasty larger dishes like Welsh Rarebit and our fastly becoming famous Philly Cheesesteak on pyclets our menu also boasts our popular Posh Pyclets with toppings from Smoked Salmon & Horseradish cream, Stilton, Honey & Walnuts and our tasty Goats Cheese, Chorizo & Sweet Red Peppers on pyclets.

We serve a full breakfast menu in the parlour, from Eggs Benedict, to our Breakfast Oatcake there’s something for everyone, with simpler options like Cheesy Topped Pyclets, Bacon Pyclets and sweeter options such as pancakes and the Sweet One – an oatcake topped with natural yoghurt, seasonal berries drizzled in Runny Honey! mmmmmmm

Breakfast served all day is a treat with us 8am – 5pm Mon – Saturday!
