At Commercial Catering & Heating we can provide a variety of services including commercial catering, commercial heating and domestic heating services.
Commercial heating:
To install, commission, service, repair and breakdown of commercial direct fire appliances and equipment.
Installation of commercial pipework:
Testing and purging pipework to the requirements of IGE/UP/1A
Commercial Catering:
To install, service and repair of commercial equipment category 1, 3 and 5 (Range cookers, fryers and combination oven)
– Conducting gas safety checks, for all appliances.
“Before issuing a CP42 gas safety certificate, the engineer will inspect your equipment and any machinery that has a gas supply to it, and complete a thorough examination of your pipework, gas interlock system, plus the extraction in your kitchen. Your insurance cover will almost certainly depend on you having a current CP42 Gas Safety Certificate. And if you lease your property, don’t assume this is the responsibility of the landlord. Usually, leases include clauses that pass responsibility for gas safety to the leaseholder.”
