HTC Architects were formed by the merger of two well established Leeds based Architectural Practices, D J Curtis & Associates Ltd. and Humphreys Teal Partnership in August 2012.
In addition to performing the traditional architects role, we also act as CDM coordinator, party wall surveyors, provide DDA consultants and offer construction and drawing related services through our partnering consultants.
Our national client base of owner-occupiers, landlords, developer, public and private sector industries is served by a team that is dedicated to good design, backed by technical competence, good service, accessibility, a willingness to understand our clients requirements and tailor our services accordingly.
It is our philosophy that the directors assume personal involvement and are accessible at every stage of the project, ensuring continuity, attention to detail, quality design and ability to deliver, together with a reassuring overview and point of contact.
