ACCOMMODATION FOR OLDER HOMELESS PEOPLE. A provider of quick-access supported accommodation for older homeless people in Nottingham. We have a minimum age guide of 50 years old, and an average current resident age of around 60. Accommodation is provided in ‘community homes’ where between 3 and 6 residents, of a similar life-experience, share a property. There is no limit on the time residents can stay; we are able to provide both long and short-term accommodation, subject to an appropriate vacancy being available. Many residents, prior to being provided with accommodation, had spent time either living rough, or in short-term, unsuitable or hostel accommodation.
