Little Cherubs Day Care Nursery has been open for over 15 years and is a homely nursery who prides itself on its excellent reputation and wonderful parent feedback and recommendations. At nursery we feel that the children’s care should promote security, self-esteem and develop warm and positive relationships. In partnership with the parents and the children we aim to create a nuturing, relaxed and friendly environment in which the children in our care feel safe and secure.
We value the care and education of all the children who attend nursery. We provide a wealth of exciting activities both inside and out. We cater for the babies individual routines from home, provide lots of messy play and physical play and with our pre-school group carry out the Foundation Phase curriculum. We make full use of our large garden and sensory garden providing opportunities for the children to explore, construct and discover. We provide fortnightly music sessions for the younger children, monthly football and yoga sessions for the older children from reputable outside agencies.
We are proud to have awards for Cardiff healthy and sustainable pre-school scheme, gold standard snack award and the bronze small work place health award. We are currently invested in our National Day Nurseries Association quality award for excellence.
