We guide clients through the procedures which are followed in civil courts and tribunals, as well as inquests and represent clients if a case goes to court or tribunal or they require help with inquests.
We act for claimants and defendants/respondents; employers and employees. We offer a 30 minute free consultation appointment and discuss with every client funding options available. For Claimant employment tribunal claims we offer damage based agreement funding which is similar to a no win no fee agreement where we only get paid if you receive a settlement or win at tribunal.
We are always open to each client to discuss your budget, knowing full well, that legal fees become veer expensive if not managed from day one.
