Our Architectural practice provides designs and drawings from simple home extensions to housing estates or wine bars to nightclubs and everything in between.
Our surveying experience allows us to conduct surveys from small domestic properties to large office and factory complexes, to produce schedules of dilapidation, at the same time assessing any asbestos that might be present and adaptations that might be required in connection with the DDA.
Over the 25 years existence, we have built a company that can complete most tasks in relation to construction and the built environment.
We work throughout the Northwest, with our team of fully employed Chartered office staff and our team of on-site building operatives working with forward-looking clients to realise their property and construction objectives.
