From Start To Finish:
We always confirm our fees before starting work. We will perform a measured survey of the dwelling or office and prepare the draft architectural drawings/plans for your comments. After finalizing details we prepare everything required for submission to Local Authority. After Planning Permission is granted our in house structural engineer will produce building regulation drawings/plans needed for approval by Building Control, acting as your agent we take total care of the process.
